We accept high-quality PNG, JPEG, or SVG files. Our embroidery machine requires a special .DST file, which can only be created using embroidery digitizing software. If your logo or design is not already available in .DST format, a one-time $15 digitizing fee will apply. Once digitized, your logo will be saved on file for future orders at no additional cost.

No minimums required! We love working with small businesses. Whether you’re ordering for a team of under 10 employees or testing a small batch of merch for your shop, we’re happy to work with you — no matter the order size.

Turnaround time is typically 5–10 business days. This includes approximately 3–5 days for garments to arrive (if we are sourcing them) and an additional 2–5 days for embroidery. Larger orders (30+ items) may require additional production time.

Yes! You’re welcome to provide your own garments, and we can embroider most fabrics and items. Please note that we are unable to embroider ball caps, curved items, or sleeves, as our machine is not compatible with tight or hard-to-reach areas without garment reconstruction.
